Important Information for Customers Outside the EU
Orders shipped to countries outside the European Union are supplied without German VAT. No German VAT will be charged during checkout where applicable.
Once a shipment reaches the destination country, the customer is responsible for completing customs clearance and paying any applicable import duties, taxes, customs charges, handling fees or brokerage fees.
Najam Simtec is responsible for preparing and dispatching the shipment with the required shipping documentation. However, we cannot complete customs clearance on behalf of the customer or guarantee how long customs processing will take.
Customers Outside Europe
Shipments outside Europe may take up to approximately one month from the date of dispatch to reach the destination country. Customs processing may extend the total delivery time.
