Delivery Time

We dispatch in weekly batches usually by the end of the week. If you placed your order when the shipping time states 6-12 days, your order will most likely be shipped end of the week following the one when the order was placed, provided we receive your payment in time. We prepare our orders once received and have limited production capacity. If we receive a large number of orders at once, your order may take longer than expected.

Shipping locations

We currently deliver all over the European continent via our delivery partner DHL. Price brackets for countries are shown bellow. All prices include 19% VAT for EU countries

Rest Europe: Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Albania, Bosnia, Faroe Islands, Greenland, Iceland, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Norway, Republic of Moldau, Serbia, Ukraine

DHL International Zones 4/5 USA, Canada

DHL International Zones 6 South Africa, New Zealand, Australia

 

***Important for non EU customers*** We will only be shipping out the packages, once it enters your country we are not responsible for the customs clearance. No Tax will be charged on checkout.

***Customers outside Europe*** Shipments may take up to 1 month from dispatch to arrive in your country. If your country is not listed please contact us on info@najam-simtec.de. Please refer to the right of withdrawal for return polices for these areas.
